HouseFlutua is born to connect movement, music and nature in an experience that starts light and builds in intensity throughout the day.
In the morning, body and mind find their rhythm with Yoga, Sound Healing and Functional Training. Then the scene shifts: the sun begins to set over Praia Brava, the music rises and the rooftop transforms.

Yoga
Fluxo de movimentos suaves e respiração consciente com vista para o mar de Búzios. Para todos os níveis, com instrutores que guiam cada postura.
Treinamento Funcional
Ativação do corpo com exercícios de força e agilidade em circuito. Energia e endorfina para entrar no ritmo da tarde.
Flutua Sunset
Day Party com DJs tocando house e suas vertentes. A música começa suave e vai crescendo com o sol descendo sobre o mar de Búzios.
